Message of all that plumbing. They run fuel line directly from the fuel filter (and return fitting on strut tower) directly to the FPR and Damper. It does clean things up a bit and also reduces the number of hose clamps (failure points) in the bay...

Lots of pictures on this site of dressed-up bays - many have that modification and it's easy to do during re-assembly. Just be sure to cut the new hose with enough "slack" to allow for engine movement during starting. Same kind of slack that's seen via the original hoses that connect on the right side of the plenum fuel pipes (now)...
